Bubble time

We allow Shelby to play in the bathtub for a little while after we bathe her. But she has, on occasion taken the liberty of making herself a bubble bath with the soap and shampoo after we leave. She gets in trouble for this. So after bathing her one night I explained to her that she was not allowed to touch the soap or shampoo and explained her punishment if she did. And just to make sure we understood each other I asked, "Shelby, what will happen if you touch the shampoo or soap?" To which she replied "Bubbles."

It would appear that she understood :)

Happy Mother's Day

Daddy and Sydney went shopping to go find me a Mother's Day Gift. Sydney came down the hallway with a bouquet of flowers and said, "Here mommy. This is as close to pretty as we could find".

I'm not sure why she said that because it was a pretty bunch of flowers.
