First cousins, second cousins, kissing cousins. Sydney has...

This story comes via Grandaddy since he was the one to overhear the following conversation. Shelby was looking at a photo album and Sydney was all too happy to explain the pictures. She got to a picture of Alexa and Anthony and this is what she said:

"Shelby, those are our Christmas cousins. The reason they are our Christmas cousins is because we only see them at Christmas."

Price Tag? What?

Most of you know that our children are clothed almost entirely from Goodwill and yard sales. Hey, I'm getting by with it as long as I can. Well, Sydney got a new outfit for her 4th birthday. I got the scissors down to cut the price tags off. Sydney took notice of what I was doing and while pointing to the price tag asked, "What's that?". It's true, our child has finally learned that some clothing comes with price tags still attached.

You live where??????

OK, you're going to need some background to find this really funny. Grandmommy and Grandaddy are letting Sydney borrow a globe. You can see all of the states on the globe, they are shaded different colors. Sydney was wanting to know where everyone lived including Uncle Jas. Arkansas happens to be colored green. Sydney was talking on the phone with Uncle Jas tonight and she said, "My dad showed me where you live! You live on the green spot."

Sydney's new class

Sydney just started her Pre-K class 2 weeks ago. She is enjoying it very much. She was talking to her Uncle Jas a few nights ago and was telling him all about it. She said her teacher's name was Miss Tina Pre-K

Sydney doesn't want to be a bride but....

....she loves being a flower girl! Sydney had a great time feeling like a princess at Ms. Anne's wedding. Conversation overhead by mom:

Random Person: "You must be the flower girl".

Sydney: "I'm the pretty flower girl".
